Unfortunately we do not currently accept orders over the phone.

For reasons of safety, we cannot allow medicines to be returned. If you have unwanted or expired medicine, please take it to a local pharmacy for safe disposal.

You can cancel an order up until the point it’s being dispatched. Contact us here.

Medical data and your order history is completely confidential and will only be viewable by our pharmacy staff and prescribers. We will never disclose this data unless legally obliged to by law.

ZipHealth has a legal obligation to comply with US Data Protection legislation. The ZipHealth Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy explain how we use confidential patient data.

In a medical emergency always call 911. ZipHealth cannot help in an emergency.

For non-urgent medical emergencies you can also call your physician. You may also be able to visit your local pharmacy for advice.

ZipHealth has a written complaints policy. To lodge a formal complaint, please view our complaints process. We aim to acknowledge all formal written complaints within two working days and respond to them within five working days.
